Me and my big mouth have found ourselves in trouble again!!! This time last year I stupidly said “Yes I will do it next year” well, there were too many witnesses and clearly no one had forgotten so here I am. I have committed to doing the London to Paris Triathlon which consists of a 1km Swim in the Serpentine (the GREEN Lake in Hyde Park), 10km Run & 80k Cycle!!! Hmmm I know what your thinking, this is going to be tricky as I never run anywhere unless its to get last orders at the bar and my bike is so neglected it is covered in rust and dust.
