km assault course challenge 2013 · 5 October 2013

We are ellenor. Your local hospice charity, providing vital support to patients and families facing life-limiting illnesses across North Kent and Bexley. At ellenor, we embrace life, offering support to adults and children from the moment of diagnosis and beyond.

Story

This year Paula Carroll, Rob Eastwoods sister was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour. She sadly passed away on Tuesday 23rd July. This amazing wife and mum to 6 beautiful children spent her last days being cared for by the lovely nurses in the Ellenor Lions Hospice. Whilst there they were able to arrange her wedding to Dave Carroll were nothing was too much trouble. She also got her wish of having her youngest christened by her bedside surrounded by family & friends. The hospice is not NHS funded and is free to patients. They rely solely on donations and without this they would not be able to provide the care and peace that they bring.

The boys are asking for you to sponsor them to raise money towards this wonderful charity. They will be taking part in an intense assault course challenge and if you know the boys you know at the moment they can't  negotiate a child's slide. They will be taking part on October 5th 2013 and in return were just asking for your support.

Boys taking part are Adam Bailey, Rob Eastwood, Christopher Wood, Ben Baker, Phil Childs and Darren Hussey.
