Back in training following Christmas, have a cold at the mo but it won't stop me, come on sponsor us !!!

We are running the BUPA 10k in London in May 2013. We have chosen to run for a prostate cancer charity for personal reasons and to highlight the cancer to other people. Checking for signs and going to the doctors early can prevent the worst happening. Please donate, the monies are going to a very worthy charity. Lisa, Kelly and I are at different levels of our training but are all working hard to achieve personal bests !!!
