Hi, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Yep I;ve signed up to run 10 miles, easy I hear you call given what I do for a living but not so say I  in reply! 

I have so far managed about 7.5 miles so still have a little way to go so fingers crossed I can keep going on the day, maybe I just need to imagine I am running a class and that will get me through.

On a serious note I'd like to try and raise as mush as possible for CICRA a chary who supports research for children with Crohn's disease and a very worthwile cause.  Any donation would be gratefully received.
