Like so many of us, I’ve watched the Marathon every year from the comfort of my sofa and thought “I could do that” … Well now’s the time to put my money – or your money – where my mouth is and run, walk and most probably crawl the 26.2 miles to the finish line.

I’m honoured to have a place running for Candlelighters who have waited nine years for a Golden Ticket entry into the Marathon and am determined to do my very best. I’m hard in training now, so if you see me pounding the pavements of Leeds – give me a wave - and please give generously.
