I thought it  was time to start getting fit and that this would be as good a reason as any. 

Why fundraise for Cornelia de Lange Syndrome?  Kamen, my nephew, has CdLS - that's the connection. 

Why should you donate?  To help in the research of this little know syndrome which is a rare genetic disorder affecting between one in 40,000 and one in 100,000 live births (that's 100 times rarer than a child with Down's Syndrome).  ALL MONEY RAISED GOES TO CHARITY!

Any money that you can give would be appreciated and keep me focused during the  2 day trek of Hadrian's Wall - which includes nights sleeping under canvas!
