In November I will be cycling across Cuba - amazing I know! - but it won't all be fun, salsa and sangria. There's going to be lots of cycling....lots of cycling in heat....lots of cycling up killer hills....lots of  cycling with a very sore behind...and lots of having to do it all again the next day for ten days...!
