The Chipembele Trust is a fantastic organisation that dedicates itself to educating children to understand and appreciate the wildlife and surroundings they live in. This will allow their enviroment to be protected and encourage the children and their families to be self supporting and reduce the amount of poaching of wildlife that happens. I am very lucky to have the opportunity to work as a volunteer with Anna and Steve who founded and run the charity and will work hard to support the children and their families and develop this charity so they can increase the support it gives. Any donation for Chipembele would be fantastic! The children love going to school but have to walk miles to get there braving elephants and other wildlife on the way. One little girl I met attends school with only one shoe as that is all she has. She was full of smiles when I met her but it would be great to be able to provide more children who want a better life the basics, like a pair of shoes so they can learn and in turn provide a better life for their families in the future.
