My personal message:

This is my dad! He was amazing, a complete star! He fought bowel cancer for more than 5 years but sadly died on 6th April this year. I miss him loads.

This is a really really special charity for me - please dig deep and sponsor me on line to raise awareness of bowel cancer and to help others who suffer from it. Even more important is to try and reduce the number of deaths from bowel cancer.
