A friend asked me if I fancied doing the 10km Bridge-Brisbane run, why not  I said and before I knew it I'd suggested to Amy, one of my closest friends and Director of FA in Tanzania that  I'd do a spot of fundraising!!

Then I got to thinking about doing some training for the big day.....

I WILL be ready for 7th Sept and I WILL complete the 10kms, so how about a little encouragement by offering to support me?
