On 30th June me and my friends are taking part in an overnight vigil at the famous haunted "Derby Gaol" in aid of the International Myeloma Foundation.  The vigil starts at 9pm and finishes at 4am!

I hope that some of you will sponsor me if I manage to make it through the night and don’t leg it out of the gaol within the first 5 minutes!
