Yet again it’s that time of year when I politely ask you to part with what ever amount of money you can in order to support a great cause. This year in order to up the fundraising target I’m going to cycle from Littlehampton on the Sussex coast to Paris France (approx. 300miles) over the bank holiday weekend...when no doubt you’ll all be out boozing!!

This is also a special year as it marks the 10^th anniversary since my mum passed away after being treated at St. Barnabas Hospice so please dig deep and help give patients and their families the best experiences in their last days.
