My story
There is absolutely nothing worse than learning your child is blind.
And there is nothing better than learning it doesn’t mean they can’t pursue their dreams.
That’s what many of the parents and grandparents of blind children at our nursery tell me when we talk.
Thanks to the generosity of previous donors we have been able to rescue babies from the lifetime of loneliness, depression and unemployment that thousands of blind people face in adulthood.
But we need to ask for your urgent help.
With your support we can raise £100,000 in time for the new school year – just 100 days from now, so we can expand our nursery to help more blind babies.
