Dear all,

James and I are taking part in Capital to Coast on Sunday 13 July 2008 to raise money for charity, as part of our friend, John's 'Sauce Consultancy' team.

It's going to be 60 hard cycling miles from Esher in Surrey to Hove in East Sussex, but it will be worth it to raise funds for the four charities that Capital to Coast supports: Norwood, Down's Syndrome Association, Southern FM's Help a Local Child and Sparks. Together these four worthy charities do fantastic work to help the lives of babies, children and adults with disabilities.

Please help us make a difference by sponsoring us to take part in this great event. Your gift will be hugely appreciated and make a difference to those in need. 

Let's hope the sun comes out for us by then and if you fancy a trip to the coast, then please come and cheer us in to the finishing line - beer and snacks in hand please!
