Live2Run is a result of some mad runs that Catherine and I have completed. After one particular run last year we decided to step up the challenges this year. The first this summer will start in Downton and finish in Cardiff covering 120 miles by bike and foot in 3 days. More info can be found at www.live2run.co.uk

Our target is to raise £2000 for Help for Heroes as I have many friends serving in the forces and really appreciate all they do around the world. Help for Heroes is a local charity that does an amazing job of supporting our boys when they return injured. You can find out more about the great work they do at http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk

Through my fundraising I hope to support those boys returning from action who want to return to a normal life. We all owe them at least that and can do it very easily by digging deep and giving generously. Forget the takeaway for one week or the night out with your mates and do something decent by helping those doing a really decent job in really difficult circumstances.
