On 12th July 2009 I ran the London 10K in 58 minutes 40 seconds!  I ran with my sister and friend Andrew Smith who works at Hanwell Bunnies.  My sister completed her first 10K in under an hour, and Andrew ran the distance in 53 minutes.

We are desperately trying to raise money for Hanwell Bunnies' Pre-School Playgroup, to help support all the children there, but especially families that could not normally afford to send their children to pre-school without the financial support from our group.

So please sponsor us - even the minimum amount makes a difference, and every penny counts.
