On Sunday 7th September I completed the Adidas 5K Challenge in aid of Refuge and in loving memory of my sister Emma.
It was an emotional day for me but thanks to your support, encouragement and overwhelming donations/sponsorship
I managed to cross the finish line in a respectable 40 minutes!
