I'm building up my stamina to take part in a 57mile bike ride from London to Oxford on 5 July to raise money for the Mulberry Centre and I'd really appreciate anything you can give.

I've chosen to raise money for this centre as I volunteer there as an massage/aromatherapist along with a super team of mainly volunteers and feel strongly about what the centre is able to offer to so many people, supporting through cancer, but of course all of this is only possible because of donations received.

So I'll be spending the next few weeks cycling around Richmond Park in rain or shine and hoping that 5th July isn't the hottest day of the year!!!
