Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening genetic condition that slowly destroys the lungs and digestive system. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity fighting for a life unlimited, when everyone living with CF can look forward to a long, healthy life. www.cysticfibrosis.org.uk

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of you know, I will be cycling with Tom, Andy, Chris, Graham, Nige and James from Lands End to John O'Groats during the last two weeks of May. The trip is likely to be just over 1000 miles in total with an average of about 70 miles a day. We've put in quite a bit of training and now just can't wait for the challenge to begin...

As part of this challenge I'm trying to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Cystic Fibrosis is an illness that affects many families in many different ways. Much progress has been made in recent years in understanding the illness and I hope that as a result of our cycle ride we will be able to donate money to a charity that works hard on cystic fibrosis issues.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
