On 31st July I will be setting off on a 250 mile cycle over 3 days from Tower Bridge in London to the Eiffel Tower in Paris. I am doing this to raise money for our work charity of 2009 - St. Mungo's.

I am going to be doing the cycle with Charlotte Kane (for those of you that know her) although we are raising money for separate charities. I know, I know, not exactly the MOST likely pair to undertake such a challenge. However, our intial terror at the vast distance that lies between here and Paris has been somewhat assuaged by the promise of pub lunches along the way!
