About my charity : Myeloma UK Myeloma UK
Myeloma UK informs and supports people affected by myeloma - an increasingly common form of bone marrow cancer. Myeloma UK also helps improve treatment and standards of care through research, education, campaigning and awareness. Registered as a charity in 1997, Myeloma UK is the only organisation in the UK dealing specifically with myeloma and its related disorders.

My personal message:

Thought I'd better raise the bar after the Great North Run so I've taken on the marathon challenge.  Edinburgh is the home Myeloma UK so this seemed rather appropriate.

Short and sweet - Myeloma UK need all the money they can get for patient and family support as well as research into new treatments and ultimately a cure.  So please sponsor me!
