Welcome to my Half Marathon Challenge!
I started running in spring 07 and after a 10k personal best this July, overenthusiastically signed up to do a half-marathon... But there's no getting out of it now... This will be a major challenge - and I'm already becoming boringly obsessed with the training.
I've chosen to run for People & Planet, which was where I started campaigning (as well as where I met most of my best friends and how I met my husband! so time to give something back!) P&P does fantastic campaigning work on climate change, trade justice and HIV/ AIDS. See www.peopleandplanet.org
