Hello Friends,

Decided to ditch the London Marathon this year and do the St Albans Half Marathon instead, the thing is I couldn't talk JORDAN'S MUM into it this year... and perhaps my knee would appreciate me halving the distance.

I'm doing it for food, water, and health care for orphaned and poverty stricken kids in Uganda, so if you can, please sponsor me, that would be very cool.
