<p><strong>On 4 August 2011 we ride from the Tower of London to the Eiffel Tower: 200 miles in 24 hours.</strong></p> <p>A bunch of freinds and I, who all are known to do a bit of riding now and again thought that it would be a great idea to see if we can push ourselves a little bit and try to get ourselves from one great city to another on bikes (and a ferry) over the course of a day and night, whilst having a load of fun and raising some money for charity.</p> <p>So please give what you can to my chosen charity - Spinal Research</p> <p>Many thanks</p> <p>James</p> <p><em><br /></em></p>
