We’re Breast Cancer Now, the charity that’s steered by world-class research and powered by life-changing care. We’re here for anyone affected by breast cancer, the whole way through, providing support for today and hope for the future. By 2050, we believe everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live – and be supported to live well. But we need to act now.

Story

Employees of Herbert Smith Commerical Litigation department, LL3, want to give something back.  30 partners, associates, trainees and paralegals have decided to take on the biggest challenge of their lives....The Great City Race (www.cityrace.co.uk).  Measuring at a mere five kilometres, some might say this race is a trot in the park rather than a gruelling test of human endurance.  Bear in mind though that other than a dash to the photocopier, a quick hot-foot across the hall to catch a lift or a scurry down the corridor to answer a partners hail, we get no exercise.  Five kilometres there is, therefore, a huge ask.

Breakthrough Breast Cancer Care are the official race sponsors and we are very pleased to be able to support them.  We have a fundraising target of £3,000 so please dig deep and give all you can.  Details of the runners and some justgiving blurb are below.

Yours,

LL3
