Martin Bolton, Claims Assessor at Marketform has bravely stepped up to the challenge of running in the British 10k London Run on 6 July to raise money for our charity Coram (www.coram.org.uk) as a part of Marketform's Lloyd's Charity Challenge (www.marketform.com/LloydsChallenge)
More at home running a court case than running a road race, Martin has predicted that with some punishing gym sessions in the weeks to come he could well be able to complete the race with a time of just over an hour.
As a consequence, he is challenging those of you who charge by the hour to sponsor him the equivalent of your hourly charge out rate (or if you think he’ll be particularly slow feel free to sponsor him for 2 hours or 3 hours)!
For those of you who are not charged out by the hour and don’t have to fill in timesheets, lucky you! You'll have some time to sponsor him some more!
Martin will be running with 25,000 other people and will be seen by thousands of spectators enroute to Buckingham Palace (if not also by the Queen herself!)
