On Sunday 14th October 2012, I will be competing in the Cardiff Half Marathon. This is the largest road race in Wales and consists of a 21km run along with 15,000 other runners!

I am using this event as an opportunty to raise money for a very good cause. I will be raising money for 'SOS Africa'.
