<p>As many of you know, our wonderful and adored Daddy passed away in November after fighting Prostate Cancer for just under a year.<br>He was a Daddy, a Husband, a Friend, a Co-Worker to many yet during these difficult times, he fought with dignity behind closed doors. Sadly, his cancer was too aggressive for any treatment that would have saved his life and he is not alone.</p> <p>Prostate Cancer is the 2nd biggest killer in men in the UK. My Dad was only 54 years old when he passed away and this beast continues to steal men from our families.</p> <p>We have chosen Prostate Action as our chosen charity to remember him because they are at the forefront of all Prostate Research. They continually are looking for ways to tame and kill this awful disease. On a personal note, every single person who works at this amazing charity has provided amazing support, advice and guidance during every step of this terrible journey. So much so, that they named our Dad the TOP DAD in their competition last year.&nbsp;</p> <p>Dad was a quiet man, who bore the illness with quiet courage, now his daughters who meant so much to him, want to be part of the cure.
