There I am going over the finish line: Burny and I did the 57.1 miles in three hours and forty-two minutes.

It was brilliant: perfect ride conditions, a gorgeous route and Toby, who I rode with was great company

In 2006 I raised £10k, so I have raised the bar by 10%. We're over half way now, let's see how close we can go in the next couple of months.

Please dig deep as you can. This charity is an invaluable resource for people like my son Felix, who has Down Syndrome, and for many more children in less fortunate circumstances. This ride is one of the ways we give a little back for all the support we receive.

As little as £25 will provides an hour of face to face support to a parent from a trained information officer on any aspect of living with Down syndrome.
