Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

On October 6^th 2007 I will be walking the 1,344 metres (4,406 feet) to the top of Ben Nevis in support of breast Cancer Care, in order to do this I need to raise a minimum of £450.

I was first diagnosed with breast cancer age 29, now, aged 37 I have been re-diagnosed with breast cancer again & I am currently coming to the end of my treatment.

The Breast Cancer Care Website has been my lifeline throughout my diagnosis & treatment. The support that is offered is amazing, through others with breast cancer & their families on the online forums, easy to read and vital information booklets, their confidential help line or talking with a trained volunteer face to face .

By raising money through the Ben Nevis Challenge I feel I am giving something back so they can continue their fantastic work.

I did it !! It was cold, wet, windy and the visibility near the top was terrible, so no views, but the feeling of getting to the top was amazing. We started walking at 8.30am & made it back down for 5.30pm. The picture of me is two thirds of the way down & i am still smiling!!
