The UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, we've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, we provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

Story

Hello and thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

This July the 2nd,  I'm running the British 10K in London for COMBAT STRESS with a 20kg bergen for an added challenge - this also means you get more of my physical torment for your pound and i'm sure plenty of you would happily stump up for that alone!

I feel that the Forces often get cut a raw deal when entering civilian life again. Many end up homeless, many bear the physical and mental scars that often go with the territory of serving in the Armed Forces. Combat Stress looks after those that are suffering from all kinds of mental health issues. A worthy cause i'm sure you'll agree.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: COMBAT STRESS will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please ladies and gents, give a couple of quid to help out someone who's done his or her bit for the country.

Cheers,
Andy
