Story

Everyday in the UK 17 babies grow their wings and become angels, 11 of those are stillborn the other 6 are neonatal deaths. On the 11th May 2011 my baby girl Lola was sadly one of those babies. This was the worst day of my life and words cannot describe how heartbreaking loosing your baby is, especially when your so close to the finish line and its all taken away from you. At the age of 25 i didnt ever imagine for a second that i would be planning my baby girls funeral before i had even got to know her. My days are now becoming easier but will probably never get better. I want to do something constructive with my grief and that is why i am planning a New Years Eve party to raise money for SANDS who fund research into stillbirths and neonatal deaths.
