As some of you may know, last year one of my best friends was killed in a freak motor cycle accident. What made this so tragic was that Glenn Rossell, just two years previous, lost his 34 year old wife, Amanda to cancer. They left 3 young children and many heart broken friends. After Amanda's death, Glenn raised several thousands of pounds for Cancer Research UK.

It is now a year since Glenn died and I have decided to ride the 'Dunwich Dynamo' in memory of Glenn and Amanda and hopefully raise some money for Cancer Research. 'Dunwich Dynamo' is an annual night cycle ride leaving Hackney, London on the evening of 19th July and arrive in Dunwich, Suffolk, 120 miles later for breakfast the following morning.
