On 9 August two ERM teams will be competing in the London Triathlon Corporate Challenge and with your help raising money for the ERM Foundation. In the build up to the event we will be counting on your support both to get us through the challenge and to raise a whole heap of cash for a brilliant cause.

Obviously the fundraising is the most important aspect but I'm sure the competitive nature of the participants will become clear and so here is a rundown of the teams and details of the event.

ERM 1: Cameron Fraser (c) 40km cycle, James Pickles 10km run, Nari Lawrey 1.5km swim.

ERM B: Sam Walker 40km cycle, Oliver Moore (c) 10km run, Charles Wood1.5km swim.
