At the London Buddhist Centre we teach meditation and Buddhism at drop-in classes, courses and retreats.We teach two Buddhist meditation practices; to enhance your awareness and peace of mind, and to develop loving-kindness.We also run courses where you can learn the essential message of the Buddha.
