Story
Last year I had a place for the marathon, but unfortunately couldn't make it due to injury, after months of training it was a huge disappointment. Now I'm back in training for London Marathon 2010 and hoping to raise as much money as possible for UNICEF.
UNICEF do a lot of great work in making the lives of kids better in difficult circumstances all over the world. In 2007, more than two million children under 15 were living with HIV, UNICEF's Unite for Children, Unite against Aids program is working towards the goal of making the next generation Aids free. For me it seems an objective everyone should share.
Added to that, we have all seen the horrific images of the destruction of the earthquake disaster in Haiti, aid through organisations like UNICEF will be extremely important in helping the thousands of kids left orphaned by the disaster through these difficult times.
Thank you very much for your support.
