Team Triskele is comprised of Phillipa Knowles who will be taking part in a London to Paris bike ride for the charity, Homeless International.  Homeless International supports slum dwellers in Africa and Asia to improve their lives and find lasting solutions to urban poverty.  

On this trip, I'll encounter 4 days of relentless cycling to reach our final destination in Paris - a colossal 271 miles from start to finish!  I will be cycling between 50-85 miles per day and will tackle gruelling hill climbs and rough undulating terrain.
