The team of riders (follow the links to see our training progress) that will also be on the challenge they are :
Steffan Ford - Done the IOW and that’s it on the cycling front. I’m from Cardiff, Wales (Grand Slamers) and am aged 31. I was once fit and ran and swim for my county but now am a very unfit Dad !!
Simon Andrews - Has done numerous cycles in the UK. His feats include London - Birmingham in one day, London - Bristol in 2.5 days (Easy), IOW (1 day) and a easy 16 days Lands End to John O’Groats.
Simon Morris - Only started cycling last year when he came to the IOW. He surprised us all and was the king of the hills. His training consisted of 2 hours of cycling each day in fitness first for 2 months. He’s the youngest of the team and is 30 Years Old.
