My story

 

Sarah, Sam and Amy are embarking on a bit of a challenge this month. We are going on Paul Morts fitness bootcamp (Thefitnesscamp.co.uk). Our aim to to loose a stone each, and raise £1000 for the very worth cause of THE SUNSHINE FUND. The charity helps children here, in the north east who have sever disabilitys. Its a fantastic charity and its here - In Our North East, helping Our Kids.

Aswell as a four week long intensive out door regime and an incredibly strict diet, we are doing the unnatural and giving up chocolate/booze/carbs. Infact all edible food, and joining rediclously hard boot camp for a full month! Yes ladies a full month without chocolate is this possible i hear you cry?!
