I've decided to take part in the Gherkin Challenge to raise money for the NSPCC. That means I'll be dragging myself up the 1037 steps to the top floor of the Gherkin.

I've always told myself that I can't run marathons or bake cakes - instead I've always been supporting from the sidelines (and eating the cakes) and never actually had the self-belief or motivation to tackle a challenge like this before. Now I'm asking you guys to cheer me on (and eat cake if you like - don't worry, I didn't bake any!) and give as much as you can for this amazing cause.
