Dear all,

I am running as one of the work based learning team in this years BUPA 10K in Manchester this weekend. As a team we all made the decision to run for the principlas charity " Age Concern" this year.

 As usual I have not managed to do much training but aim to run as near to the hour as possible.  Feel free to come down and cheers us on if you have the time on Sunday your support is most welcome. I will be the one gagging for breath going over the line with a red face too!!

Money Money Money!!I   No really, It doesn't matter how much or little you can afford to sponsor me for I will be most appreciative of what ever you feel you can give, every penny counts and don't forget to gift aid it for an extra  25%.
