Gear up is part of a family of social enterprises being developed by Worth Unlimited – a national youth work charity </span><span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">and social enterprise engaging with disadvantaged and marginalised young people at risk of social exclusion. </span><span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt;">Based in some of the most deprived areas in England, Worth Unlimited has 14 years experience of working with young people excluded from society.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">Gear-up bike social enterprise </span><span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt;">has been developed by four young people As a bike social enterprise we will be offering the following:</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">The aim of <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Gear Up</strong> is to run as a community friendly cycle business encouraging healthier lifestyles and creating job opportunities for unemployed or NEET young people.</span></span></p>
