Mission Direct is a Christian charity that offers short-term overseas volunteering trips. It takes volunteers from the UK to work on community development projects around the world. Projects include helping to build and decorate school classrooms, low-cost homes and refuges.

Story

Jon, Kev & Andy visited Dominican Republic last year and based on the extreme poverty which they witnessed, have committed to raise £55,000 to build a school in a village which was particularly heartbreaking.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks is just one way we are using to raise the funds. We'd like to raise £5,000 from this. Already we have raised over £20,000!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Mission Direct will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support.
