Story

I'm Harry Bakewell and I'm 18. My Dad, Winston Bakewell was diagnosed with Cancer in October 2009. He battled against the disease but was unsuccessful and passed away in November 2010. His last week was spent in the care of St. Giles Hospice. They were unbelievable. The care they offered was beyond belief and the only way you would truly understand would be if you were in the same situation that me and my family have been in.

I'm raising money for St. Giles to try make some people as well looked after as my dad was in his last week. Me and about 30 of my friends are getting dropped off 50 miles away from our hometown of Cannock and then, in pairs, have to get home by any means possible with only £5. All money raised is going to St. Giles. The event will take place on 18th June 2011, the day before Fathers Day

I'll be sending this link to all of my friends and family on facebook and to anyone else who wants it. Please donate and copy and paste the link onto your wall if you can, would mean alot. It doesn't matter how small or large the donation is but just a donation would be appriciated.

Thanks
