Update 31st Aug

Ian successfully completed the Rathlin Run (I did walk some of the steep hills) in approx 1hr 50mins and now has very sore knees!!!

Ian and I will be taking part in the Rathlin Run on 30th August 2008.  Ian will be running 10.8 miles and I will be running 3.5 miles .
