BUPA Great North Run 2009 · 20 September 2009 ·

The MS Society exists to make life better for people living with MS. By the end of 2011 we’ll no longer directly provide respite care. As a Woodlands' supporter we guarantee every £ you donate will be used to support people accessing respite care in the Yorkshire area now, during 2011 and beyond.

Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

This year, we are taking part in the Bupa Great North Run on Sunday 20th September, which will be a massive achievement for us having not run a distance like this before.

Our aim is to raise as many funds as possible for Woodlands MS Resource & Respite Care Centre in York. Completing the half marathon will be a personal achievement for us both, and your sponsorship will help push us just that little bit further to complete the event; but most importantly, your money will mean so much more to those that will benefit from the care received at Woodlands.

We need to raise a minimum of £500, however we would love to smash this target! Saying that any sponsorship received, no matter how great or small will be greatly appreciated. Thank you....and see you at the finish line!
