Story

I DID IT!! 4HR 35MIN. COME ON! I even enjoyed (most of) it!

Thanks so much to everyone who has donated and helped me raise money for Spinal Research. You can see I've raised more than my target of £2k and there's still more to collect. Thanks again.

Hello,

Thanks for visiting my site. Donate away, don't be shy!

The London Marathon has always been a scary challenge I wanted to have a go at and it turns out this is the year I am going to do it! Despite the odd foot problem i'm determined to finish (fingers crossed). I had no problem in choosing the charity I wanted to raise money for after a good friend of mine, Cate, had a car crash last year which resulted in damage to her C6 vertebra and her paralysis. She is now doing really well but seeing first hand the effects of spinal injury made me decide to support Spinal Research. All the money will go to supporting the excellent work Spinal Research do.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Spinal Research will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Hope to see some of you along the way - it wont be a pretty sight!

Lou xx

PS. Thanks to all those who came to the fund raising party - hope you had as much fun as i did!!!
