I will be taking part in a triathlon with all my work collleagues where we will undergo 8 mini triathlons at each of our everyone active sites. Each triathlon will consist of 1mile run 5k cycle and 200m swim we will travel from basildon to portsmouth in one day . All money raised will go staright to stanmore orthopaedic hospital where one of my best friends Sammy got diagnosied with cancer and is under going treatment. So please dig deep and help me raise enough money so that we can help make a big difference.. x
