UPDATE ON PROGRESS
Just over a week to go and training now in full swing! Nervous and excited all rolled into one!
Nearly reached my target, would love to acheive this before I head off
Thank you to all my family and friends for all their love and support with our Chinese adventure and most of all my fabulous husband, for all his encouragement.
Will really miss my Pugs but hopefully will meet some of their relatives in Beijing.
I have decided to raise money for this charity as over the years we have greatly benefitted from their work.
My husband Steve was suddenly diagnosed with renal failure. He then went on to receive treatment through dialysis and then was lucky enough to have a donor transplant from his dad.
He now receives ongoing treatment, which enables us to have a happy and healthy life. With the ongoing research undertaken by organisations like Kidney Research we have been given this opportunity, as have many others as sadly renal health problems are on the increase.
I am hoping to raise as much as possible and will be paying for all my expenses and ticket myself, so 100% raised will go to the charity.
I will keep you updated on my progress but all ideas and support is greatly appreciated. Please email me.
