Every day of the year, your local air ambulance (Warwickshire & Northamptonshire) is helping save more lives. Our critical care paramedics, doctors and pilots attend an average of five rescue missions a day. We receive no government funding for our daily missions. Your support keeps us flying.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Mt Everest, the highest peak in the world at 8,848 metres is one of the greatest trekking destinations in the world. Known locally as Sagarmatha, the mountain has long been revered as the home of the gods.

For 13 days I will be following remote mountain paths, crossing glaciers, traversing valleys and climbing high passes to ascend to the foot of Mount Everest at a height of 5,545 metres or 18,100 feet above sea level.

All money pledged in support of my challenge will go directly to the Air Ambulance which operates a vital emergency medical service providing lifesaving treatment and medication at the scene of a serious accident and en-route to hospital.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Warwickshire And Northamptonshire Air Ambulance gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now and help save lives!
